Digital Services & Products All purchases of
digital services, strategy sessions, consulting, and downloadable materials are
non-refundable once work has commenced, access has been granted, or materials have been delivered.This includes but is not limited to:Strategy or coaching sessions (once scheduled or delivered)Funnel or automation setups Content creation or social media services Access to digital files, templates, or course materials2.
Service Cancellations Before Work Begins If a client needs to cancel a service
before any work has started, we may offer a partial refund, minus any administrative or processing fees incurred (typically 5-10%). Please submit your request within
24 hours of purchase to be considered.3.
Missed Appointments or Delay sFor scheduled strategy or coaching sessions:
No-shows or missed sessions without 24-hour notice will not be eligible for a refund.We are happy to
reschedule with appropriate notice, based on availability.4.
